This certificate will allow the recipient(s) to book a 'Macaron 101' Baking Class on the date of their choice.

After purchasing your gift certificate, you (or the recipient) will receive the gift certificate via email, including a code to use for redemption at the time of booking. All upcoming date can be viewed here.

What’s Included in the 'Macaron 101' Baking Class:

• The class is approximately 2 hours long
• The class can welcome up to 12 bakers
• All materials and ingredients are provided (including aprons)
• A break to enjoy Ollia’s macarons and a tea
• Each participant takes home approximately 25 macarons (two rotating flavours).
• A PDF recipe book for continued macaron mastery.
• 15% off Ollia bakeware, merchandise, and teas on the day of the class.

Policies:

• Gift Certificates include GST
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable
• Gift Certificates have no cash value
• Gift Certificates have no expiry date
• Classes are non-refundable once booked
• Rescheduling is allowed with 72 hours’ notice or for a $50 rescheduling fee (per person) for shorter notice
• Suitable for ages 12+ (children aged 12-15 must attend with a parent or guardian, both registered)
