Order cut-off is 4 PM one day prior. You can pre-schedule your delivery up to 60 days in advance.
Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 8 PM. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. If you need your order by a certain time, we recommend scheduling delivery a day early.

Once your order is picked up, you’ll receive an email and text with a tracking link. After delivery, you'll receive a confirmation text with a photo of the delivery.

If you’re sending a gift or delivery to someone else, please include their phone number and email address at checkout.

Ollia is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect contact info, products left in adverse weather, or theft after delivery.

Pickup Option
You're welcome to pick up your order in-store during our opening hours. Just provide your name and order number at pickup.

FOR WHOLESALE ONLY:
- Delivery to Canmore is available for $65 + Tax. (5 to 7 business days)
- Delivery to Edmonton is available for $130 + Tax (3 to 5 business days)
