We founded Ollia Macarons and Tea with a vision inspired by the French concept of 'parenthèse enchantée' — a brief, magical escape from the ordinary. We believe that everyone deserves special moments every day, and that even the smallest experiences can feel extraordinary.
Growing up in Brittany, France, Dav was surrounded by high-quality ingredients, an appreciation for well-made food and the joy felt over shared meals. These values have guided our creation of classic French, timeless products with a modern made touch.
