Local Delivery within Calgary

We offer local delivery within Calgary through Trexity, a reliable delivery service. Delivery rates are as follows:

• Within 40 km of our store: $12.50

Local deliveries are available Monday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Please provide the recipient's name and delivery address accurately to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Same-Day Delivery

For same-day delivery, we recommend using DoorDash or SkipTheDishes. This option allows you to receive your order quickly and track the delivery in real-time.

Important Delivery Information

Due to the delicate nature of our macarons, we currently do not offer delivery outside of Calgary. To maintain freshness and quality, we recommend scheduling your delivery for the day before your event. Macarons can be stored in the refrigerator to keep them in perfect condition.

Pickup Option

You can also pick up your order directly from our store during opening hours. Simply provide your name and order number at pickup:

• Sunday to Wednesday: 10 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday to Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM

Product Availability

We will always try to update the website with the most current stock - in the case of a shortage of flavour, our team will replace your flavour with another delicious one!

Refunds

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave the store. We inspect all products fully before they go out and we package them in a bag, but if you believe you have received something faulty, please let us know the same day and we will look into your case. Macarons are delicate and sometimes the occasional crack happens - please treat with a little extra TLC.
