Macarons are delicate French pastries made of two almond meringue-based cookies, sandwiched together with a variety of fillings like buttercream, ganache, soft cheese, jam, or curds.

The outer cookies have a crisp exterior, while the inside remains soft and chewy; different filling types can make a softer cookie overall.

We make our macarons in a wide range of flavours and colours, with popular choices including rocher, pistachio, raspberry, cotton candy and more. Our seasonal macaron collections are always fun!

We use simple yet essential ingredients: egg whites, almond flour, sugar, and a touch of food coloring to create these colorful treats.

Our macarons are gluten-free. The macaron shells and our signature flavours do not contain gluten. While some seasonal flavours may include gluten in their ingredients, these will be clearly labeled.

Unlike traditional bakeries, we do not use wheat flour in our facility which can lead to cross contamination. We take care to label potential allergens. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

We always have 1-2 dairy free macaron options, and during seasonal collections there are dairy free meringues.

We do not have vegan options as our macarons and meringues are made with egg whites.

Macarons stay fresh for 3 to 4 days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

You can also freeze macarons in an airtight container for up to one month.

Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature. They can be left out for 1-2 hours.

We provide local delivery in Calgary, Alberta, through a 3rd party courier.

Delivery is available 7 days a week (excluding Christmas Day, and New Years Day)

At this time we do not deliver outside of the city.

Tracking and Notifications: Once your order is picked up by our courier, you will receive an email and text with the tracking link. You will receive a courtesy text 5 minutes before the courier arrives at the destination. After delivery, you will receive a confirmation text with a photo of the delivered order.

Third-Party Deliveries: If you are sending a delivery to a third party, please provide their phone number and email address in the contact area at checkout.

All deliveries are made between 9:30 AM - 5 PM.

If you require your order by a specific time we suggest having it delivered one day prior. Macarons will keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Local delivery is $12.50 + GST.
