IN store Pick up

Online order deadline: 4pm for NEXT DAY in store pick up.

  • For same day orders please come on down and order in store as we are unable to check online orders through the day. Our doors are open and we have plenty of macarons and great merchandise for you to choose from

  • Please indicate in your checkout what date you would like to pick up your order. Your order will be ready by opening time on your specified day

  • If you would like to change your pick up date, please give us a call 403-457-9775 or email bonjour@byollia.com

  • Let us know you’re here to pick up your order and have your order number/name ready

  • All orders will be ready at 810C 16th Ave SW, Calgary

Delivery

Online order deadline: 4pm for NEXT DAY delivery

  • Delivery is available Monday-Sunday (excluding Statutory Holidays)

  • $12.50 (+ tax) courier to the following postal codes: T1Y, T2A, T2B, T2C, T2E, T2G, T2H, T2J, T2K, T2L, T2M, T2N, T2S, T2T, T2V, T2W, T2X, T2Y, T2Z, T3A, T3B, T3E, T3G, T3H, T3K, T3L, T3M, T3N, T3P, T3R

  • We are unable to accept same day delivery orders (Please use Doordash or Skipthedishes)

  • All deliveries are delivered between 10am - 8 pm. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you require your order at a specific time during the day, please leave a note. We also suggest having it delivered one day prior. Macarons will keep in the fridge 3-4 days.

  • Once your order is being picked up by our courier, you will receive an email and text with the tracking link. 5 mins before the courier reach the destination, you will receive a coutesy text informing you that the courier is about to arrive. Once the order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation text with a photo of the delivered order.

  • If you are sending a delivery to a third-party, please put their phone number and email address in the contact area at checkout

  • We are not responsible for any product left out in adverse weather or thefts

Product Availability

We will always try to update the website with the most current stock - in the case of a shortage of flavour, our team will replace your flavour with another delicious one!

Refunds

Given the nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave the store. We inspect all products fully before they go out and we package them in a bag, but if you believe you have received something faulty, please let us know the same day and we will look into your case. Macarons are delicate and sometimes the occasional crack happens - please treat with a little extra TLC.
