‘MACARON 101’  EDMONTON BAKING CLASSES

 

BONJOUR EDMONTON! Join Ollia's co-founder and expert pastry chef David Rousseau for a 2.5-hour, hands-on experience where you'll learn to make classic French macarons! We’re popping up at Kaladi Collective Kitchens where we will teach you the history of the macaron, how to properly macaronage, tips & tricks for getting the perfect shell, flavour creation and troubleshooting.

- All materials, ingredients, and aprons
- Three macarons and a tea to enjoy during the break
- Your own macarons! (two rotating flavours that are a great base for you to learn how to construct your own flavours from)
- A PDF recipe book
- 15% off bakeware, merchandise, and teas on the day of your class

Saturday, October 26th, 10am - 8 spots available
Saturday, October 26th, 2:30pm - 8 spots available

Cancellation & Date Changes:
Please note that no refunds are offered on classes; if you need to change the date of your class for any reason we require 72 hours’ notice. You can book a new date or take a class credit. If there is less than 72 hours’ notice, you can transfer your class to someone else, or pay a rescheduling fee of $50 (+ tax) per person

Children:

Participants aged 12-15 must attend with a parent or guardian. Both must register for the class.
